To be honest, I expected that to be the case; the photos I looked at of other patients, and Dr Brown's reputation, were the reasons why I chose to put such an important part of "me" into his hands. What far exceeded my expectations however was the way I was made to feel the most important person in the process. The care and concern afforded me started with the team trying to get as much of the vision I had for myself, into the design of my new teeth. What initially seemed to be a daunting and painful process became and was maintained as an exciting and very rewarding journey.
